Dalen got his start in the Entertainment Industry in 1987 working for one of the largest DJ companies on the East Coast as a DJ and MC. A professional DJ since the age of 20, and the owner of Choice DJ’s, Dalen has built a solid reputation as one of the area’ s best, and most in demand DJs. With over 1000 wedding receptions to his credit, Dalen is a very experienced, articulate MC, well known for his ability to play a mix of music that gives everyone a chance to get on the dance floor.

For over 20 years, Dalen’s unique programs of music, games, MCing, and dance have helped many event planners, hundreds of families, couples, and companies like Pepsico, YAI, CBS, Clairol, and Citibank make their events unforgettable, successful, and fun. Dalen was also hired to work for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

Katrina Espie

Katrina AKA DJ Kat, also owner of Choice DJ’s, has an extensive background in Music. She is an aspiring singer & songwriter and is currently working on her album. Katrina has also performed at weddings by singing songs chosen by the Bride and Groom. Demonstrating excellence in coordination and phenomenal personality, she was the natural choice for an MC and handling the details for Choice DJ’s clients.

She has also started a party planning business called Choice Weddings & Events and has successfully planned many events. With all her talent and energy, it is no wonder why she is one of Choice DJ’s #1 DJ’s. She also specializes in Teen Parties, Proms, School Dances, & Karaoke.

Their calendar quickly fills with referrals from other couples and corporations, leading DJ Dalen and Katrina to be the busiest DJs in the area, often booked up to 1 to 2 years in advance with Weddings, Corporate, and Social Events.
